SchemeSetu is an AI-driven scheme matching and channel finance routing platform developed for the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJE) under Smart India Hackathon 2026 (Problem Statement ID 26092). It solves systemic delivery bottlenecks in concessional credit distribution: enforcing statutory ₹5.00 Lakhs income ceilings, simulating dynamic reducing-balance EMIs with 3 to 12 month gestation moratoriums, and routing applicants to financially solvent, low-NPA (<10%) Channel Partners (SCAs, PSBs, RRBs, NBFC-MFIs) with Haversine geo-spatial mapping and verifiable tamper-proof Level-H QR application dossiers.
